6 new packs from GGG are here!

Shift the whole mood of your game’s towns and dungeons with the incredible twang of the Acoustic Music by Dr. B.A. Ferguson pack! Dr. B. A. Ferguson is back with another BGM pack, this time focusing on acoustic guitar tracks! 17 new songs offer up skilled guitar solos that were recorded live to give your scenes and maps the authentic sound of strummed and plucked strings!

This pack includes tracks for 4 story beats, 4 towns, 3 dungeons, 2 fields, and single tracks for an intro, ending, menu, and shop, so you can fill your whole game with acoustic guitars if you feel like it! Wander dusty roads between villages while flamenco-inspired melodies dance in the air, and use the slow, lonely, guitar tracks to show that a town has largely been abandoned because of monster attacks. Visit saloons where an old cowboy sits in the corner strumming a simple tune on his guitar, or play a track that feels slightly off during what seems like a happy scene to set your players on edge before revealing a deadly twist! Or give your slice-of-life game some happy acoustic guitars when your players visit the local market to stock up on new seeds and invite a townsfolk out on a date.

Each track comes in M4a and Ogg file formats so you can drop them right into your MV or MZ projects and enjoy the guitar music instantly. Pick up the Acoustic Music by Dr. B.A. Ferguson pack today and give your players some soothing guitar tracks to enjoy while wandering towns and concerning twangs when facing someone in a duel at high noon!

Have you ever decided to change an NPC’s name mid-development and realize you can’t remember every event where the old name was mentioned? Have you spent hours searching for the one event that keeps changing a variable when you don’t want it to? Do you need to change a script call but can’t seem to find it? Then the RM Finder is the program you need! Starlit studio created this with devs in mind, knowing that we all forget things while eventing our games. Now you can search for specific things instead of just switches, variables, and event names; find the exact events where your players gain or lose items and equipment, search for where switches are used a page conditions, find wait commands in move routes so you can adjust the timing of cutscenes, and more with this program!

You can use this to search for event commands where you gain/lose items, weapons, and armors (or have them in shops), when an actor joins or leaves the party, when an enemy troop or a common event is activated, where switches and variables change or are used in conditional branches, and when specific words are used in messages, plugin commands, and script calls. So if you realize you gave out a powerful healing potion too early in the game, you can search for that item and see every event it shows up in so you can remove them. Each result tells you the map name and id, the event name and id, the event’s position on the map, and the event page so you know exactly where to go to make the needed changes.

RM Finder works with both MV and MZ projects, so if you’ve been working on your MV game for years you can still use this program to find the spots where a variable-based bug is happening. Pick up the RM Finder today and make finding those sneaky hidden switches and messed up move routes a breeze!

Need some pixel art monsters to populate your dungeon maps? Then MEGA FANTASY Walking Monsters and Faces is the pack for you! Koji Marumugi is back with another monster pack, this time bringing their monster battlers to life with pixel art character sprites and MV/MZ-sized facesets! 83 different monsters are ready to fill your games with three-headed dogs, towering giants, floating robots, and the most terrifying foe of all: clowns!

Each monster has a full walking character sprite and face for message boxes so you can have them stalk your heroes and mock them out loud if they catch the party, or have monsters become party members if you offer them gold or beat them in combat. Give your game a unique team by filling it with large frogs, flying bats, and scuttling squid instead of humans, and create monster villages where dryads, orcs, and mimics live in peace and will even sell useful equipment to any heroes on an adventure! Each monster comes in 4 different color variations so you can match your monsters to your dungeon’s main colors or let your players know before a battle what an enemy will likely be weak to.

And if that wasn’t enough, this pack also includes downed character frames for each monster so you can show defeated enemies on the map and have the dungeon boss collapse in front of your heroes! If your game needs some monster characters and faces for your heroes to face, or you want to make a game where you play as a monster, pick up the MEGA FANTASY Walking Monsters and Faces pack!

Bug lovers, rejoice! Now you can include some of your favorite insects in your games with the Bugs Collection Pack! Beowulf is back with another set of 100 icons for MV and MZ games, with all the cute caterpillars, scary scorpions, and other bugs your game calls for! Add different worms for your fishing mini game, give your spider-inspired rogue skills with arachnids as their icons, gather cool beetles to give as gifts to teammates and townsfolk, and more!

Let your players find ladybug and cricket items that can increase the party’s luck, and have the run around field maps to catch monarch butterflies and luna moths that can be sold for a pretty penny in cities! Or horrify your players with creepy centipedes and black widow spiders that they need to gather to stop an evil ritual. Slugs, isopods, snails, and flies could be used to weaken enemies by throwing the bugs onto the foes, or use praying mantises, bees, and dragonflies as support skills to summon a swarm to cause targeted damage.

This pack also includes each bug with a shadow underneath it so you can add them to your tileset and place them directly on maps! Let your players see their insect collection on the shelves of their base or place bugs around your maps for your alchemist party member to collect (just don’t ask them what goes into their strength-buffing potions). So if you’ve been wanting to include a bug collecting side quest or need some creepy-crawlies for potion crafting, check out the Bugs Collection Pack!

Add new storefronts to your modern games with the SERIALGAMES Living Good City Tileset - Local Shops Set! SERIALGAMES Inc. is back with another tileset for you to use with MV/MZ’s default tiles or their other Living Good City packs. Give your modern streets some detailed shops and restaurants that your heroes can enjoy in passing or stop at to grab some tasty buff-giving snacks! This pack’s A4 and B sheet tiles are ready to fill your game with convenience stores, cat cafes, and clothing shops to add that feeling of busy city life to your game. Brick, tile, wood, and concrete walls are ready to form solid buildings that you can add premade storefronts to, and top it all off with a flat tile roof, clay shingles, or even a bright green lawn of grass!

Give your plain buildings a premade convenience store front so your heroes can grab some quick replacement equipment, or place some small round tables on the sidewalk in front of a small cafe where your heroes can heal with some coffee and cake. If you’ve already decided on the important stores in your cities, then make use of the smaller signs, post boxes, and ‘no smoking’ pictures to add more details to your maps. Each tileset sheet comes in 3 color variations so you can easily show different times of day. Have your heroes explore a street during the day to find some hints as to which shop is being used as a front for a criminal mastermind, and then switch to the darker version so your heroes can sneak in at midnight and mess up the evil plans! Pick up the SERIALGAMES Living Good City Tileset - Local Shops Set and give your Japanese-inspired city some new shop exteriors for your heroes to visit!

Give your players a new and adorable spot to explore with the SERIALGAMES Living Good City Tileset - Small Zoo Set! SERIALGAMES Inc. is at it again, this time offering a detailed little pack to help you add a zoo area to your game! Create a base map out of MV/MZ default tiles or the other Living Good City packs and then use this pack’s B tiles to build a zoo full of close encounters of the cute kind. Walking character sprites for an elephant, penguin, squirrel, capybara, and 4 guinea pigs are perfect for placing behind short fences with a helpful sign explaining fun facts about each animal. Let your heroes take a break from adventuring to sit on wooden benches to watch happy penguins waddle around their swimming pool, or have your hero get to know their party members better by relaxing in a gazebo surrounded by trees. Give your heroes a luck buff by having them play in a guinea pig petting zoo, and use the wooden picnic tables as unique save points throughout your game.

The B sheet comes in 3 color variations so you can show your heroes spending the entire day at the zoo with their sweetheart, or make a side quest where your heroes need to break into the zoo at night to give the guinea pigs and penguins some treats and cuddles. So if you want a new date location for your heroes to visit or your game just really needs a capybara party member (and it does!), pick up the SERIALGAMES Living Good City Tileset - Small Zoo Set today!
