Recommending resources can be quite a journey. I wanted to tell you about these cool tiles for quite a while but… they were lost. The links were down, so I contacted flakeheartnet, but he didn't have the files anymore, and sent him a copy so he could back them up again and I can finally tell you about it!

And boy, am I happy to see these back online. These tiles were made from scratch, so while technically made for MV, you can use them in MZ as well without having to own MV.

But let's talk about the actual resources!

Do you like beautiful water of different levels of depth?

Do you want to see some more “rocky” cliffs to create some interesting landscapes?

Do you wish for more trees and especially have a soft spot for palm trees?

Do you have a beach or desert area in your game that could use some well-made creative decorative tiles?

If you said yes to any of these questions, you should not miss these tiles!

If I had to say what I personally love most about these tiles, I would say, it is the palm trees and the cacti. They are so pretty and while they are probably most useful in a desert and oasis environment, I am sure you can find a place for them in your game even if there is no desert.

The transition from sand to grass allows you to map both beach and oasis that blend together very well. And there are so many lovely little details, as the starfish or the bones that add some variety to your maps. A lot of these decorative small tiles also come with a submerged (or partially submerged) version, so you can even place them “inside” of the water.

The pack also contains some neat tiles for matching buildings and comes with some additional pottery. While the walls and other man-built resources are made for exterior, you could use a lot of them for interior maps as well. The different clay pots are particularly useful, and since they come in both intact and destroyed versions, you could make smashing and looting them a fun part of your game.

On top of these beautiful nature tiles, you can also find a set of brand new modern tiles that allow you to map a school environment. There are nice custom chairs, and there is even the option to place them upside down on the table - so your cleaning lady has less work and if you consider making a horror game in a school at night, this might be a neat detail for you!

I also like the bulletin board that could work as a quest board or a place for your character to get some information or just to hide some fun notes as easter eggs!
